How can I request a withdrawal from my user account?
You can request a withdrawal from the “Withdraw” button at any given moment. You can withdraw your entire available amount or just part of it.
How can I cancel a withdrawal request?
A withdrawal request can be cancelled by clicking on “Withdraw” -> “View withdraw history” option. Press “cancel” and your funds will get back to your account.
How much time does it take to process a withdrawal request?
All withdrawal requests are processed by our team within 2 business days, and then it is the bank transfer.
*Please keep in mind that the interbank transfer can take more time, depending on the interbank terms.
What is the minimum amount for withdrawal?
The minimum amount for withdrawal is 10 EUR.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
You have 2 free of charge withdrawals per calendar month, from the first day of the month until the last day of the month. Each following withdrawal in the same month is charged with 1 EUR. Next month, you have 2 free withdrawals again. There is no limit on the maximum amount you can withdraw at once.
Can I request a withdrawal to a different bank account that the one I previously used?
Withdrawals can be requested only to bank accounts you have sent us funds from. If you have made transactions from more than one bank account, you will have the option to choose which one the funds should be sent to.
How can I add my new bank account?
In order to add a new bank account as a withdrawal option, it is necessary to make a transfer from it to your iuvo account. After it arrives, the new IBAN will be available in the drop-down menu in the “Withdraw” section.
