Withdrawal

You can request a withdrawal from the “Withdraw” button at any given moment. You can withdraw your entire available amount or just part of it.

A withdrawal request can be cancelled by clicking on “Withdraw” ->  “View withdraw history” option. Press “cancel” and your funds will get back to your account.

All withdrawal requests are processed by our team within 2 working days, and then it is the bank transfer.
*Please keep in mind that the interbank transfer can take more time, depending on the interbank terms.

The minimum amount for withdrawal is, as follows: 10 EUR, 10 BGN, 25 RON, 25 PLN, X RUB (equal to 10 EUR; depends on the daily conversion rate).

You have the possibility to make 2 free of charge withdrawals per calendar month, from the first day of the month until the last day of the given month. Each following withdrawal in the same month is charged, as follows: 1 EUR, 2 BGN, 5 RON, 5 PLN. Next month, you have 2 free withdrawals again. There is no limit on the maximum amount you can withdraw at once.

You can withdraw in the currencies you have made transfers in. If you would like to withdraw funds in another currency, you need to make a transfer in the given currency.

Withdrawals can be requested only to bank accounts you have sent us funds from. If you have made transactions from more than one bank account, you will have the option to choose which one the funds should be send to.

In order to add a new bank account as a withdraw option, it is necessary to make a transfer from it to your iuvo account. After it arrives, the new IBAN will be available in the drop-down menu in the “Withdraw” section.
