Nature of services:

The portal provides an environment for purchase of receivables through assignment. Receivables are transferred under loans granted by partners (so called originators). Users acquire the right to receive a portion of payments depending on their acquired share. Transactions are concluded directly between originators and users.

Regulatory status:

Mediation is not subject to special regulations and no license is required. IUVO GROUP OÜ is not a bank, investment intermediary or other type of licensed company and is not subject to specific regulatory control. The services are not banking or regulated financial services. User funds are not considered deposits and are not guaranteed and/or secured.

Potential results and risk disclosure:

Capital is exposed to risk and it is possible to lose part or all of the amount used. Results are not guaranteed. IUVO GROUP OÜ does not guarantee the collectability and/or recovery of receivables.

User requirements:

Users must be only adult individuals who understand and accept the risks and terms of use of the portal, and who have a bank account in the EU or a country that has anti-money laundering mechanisms equivalent to those in the EU. Registration requires identification and verification.

Taxation:

Income earned through the portal is pretax. It is the user’s responsibility to declare and pay taxes according to the legislation of their country.

*All numbers are truncated to two digits after the decimal point.
