This analysis is based on the audited individual financial statements of MINT SN DOO for 2025. The key highlights are:

  • In 2025, Mint Credit continues to expand its activities in the non-bank consumer lending segment. Total assets reached €21.5M, compared to €17.8M at the end of 2024, which represents a growth of 20.6%. The main contribution to their increase was the increase in receivables on loans granted, which remain the main driver of the company’s growth.
  • Loan receivables increased to €19.5M, up from €15.6M a year earlier (+24.5%), confirming the continued expansion of lending activity. Cash and cash equivalents also increased to €55.9k, up from €40.6k at the end of 2024 (+37.6%), contributing to maintaining the company’s liquidity position.
  • Financial income continues to grow due to the increased volume of loans granted and reaches €6.5М, compared to €5.3М in 2024 (+22.4%), while operating income increases to €0.3M from €0.1M a year earlier. The growth in financial income is in line with the increased volume of loans granted in the reporting year.
  • The company’s expenses also increased due to the expansion of its activities. Operating expenses amounted to €4.1M (+15.1%), while financial expenses reached €1.4M (+61.4%), mainly due to higher interest costs on the attracted financing used to support the growing volume of lending activities.
  • Despite the increase in expenses, the company improved its financial result. Profit before taxes reached €1.3M, which represents an increase of 31.6% compared to 2024, and net profit amounted to €1.1M, compared to €0.8M a year earlier (+33.9%).
  • Equity increased to €4.7M, compared to €3.7M at the end of 2024 (+26.7%), mainly due to the profit realized for the period. Total liabilities reached €16.8M, compared to €14.1M a year earlier (+19.0%), the increase reflecting the need for additional financing in connection with the expansion of lending activities.
