The legal actions for the seizing of the movable assets of BBG continue

As we already informed you, iuvo won the lawsuit for imposing precautionary measures on the movable assets /MOVH/ of the loan originator BBG in Georgia. At this moment, the decision of the court is already underway and the company is prohibited from operating with their assets, which is another successful step in the development of the case. We expect the positive outcome of the lawsuit in Estonia as well, in order to do the seizing of the owed assets of BBG with which we can start the repayment of their debt.
