Another year full of emotions has passed. 2018 was a year to be proud of, but 2019 exceeded our expectations. Iuvo’s name is part of the fintech galaxy in Europe, where we continue to establish P2P as an alternative receivable tool. We brought together the successes of the portal for the last 12 months and we will readily enter the next 12 months.
We worked hard to offer you an even better user experience on the portal. We implemented dozens of small improvements that we believe have been reflected in your personal strategy. We have been opening up new opportunities and fields for receivable – for one year, we have a growth of 93% of the number of loans uploaded on the portal. We made it possible thanks to our good relationships with our longtime originators on the one hand, and, on the other hand, we also added loans of 3 new originators. At the beginning of 2019, we listed the first loans of KFP, a Polish business lending company. In the beginning of the summer, we welcomed the Spanish company Ibancar and the Romanian one – Adwisers. Our new originators brought a variety of loans to the portal and made receivables in low-risk loans very competitive, with expected annual return rates of up to 13% for class ‘A’ and ‘B’ ratings.
In just a year, with growth of 84% compared to the previous year, more than 7,000 new users believed in the portal and trusted their free funds to iuvo. The diversity of nationalities on the portal is guaranteed – we have users from 137 countries from all continents of the earth. The amounts purchased on the portal have reached € 100M, which is a growth of 157% yearly. Surely, this is due to the increase in the amount of loans published and available for receivable – over € 200M and an increase of 97% compared to the previous year. In the last year, we created GOLD Club for our most loyal users. The clubs members are the first who receive the most important news from us, such as listing of new credits and some extra preferences as well.
Following the maxim “work hard – play hard”, we celebrated our third birthday properly. It should be noted that there was a good reason to celebrate. Our results were brilliant! Our name has appeared in smaller and larger alternative funding forums. We met with partners and users during LendIt, and at AltFi Berlin, we were awarded the Runner-up Award in the People’s Choice Category.
As always, our service team that we introduced you here took care of your excellent experience on the portal. We also introduced you to the persons behind our originators in personal interviews with Viva Credit, Fast Finance and KFP. We started a successful partnership with Trustly, and introduced Johan Sundström, Head of Sales – Financial Services, with which we carried out two campaigns during which there were no fees for purchasing of receivables on our portal.
