The judge-commissioner convened the creditors’ meeting, which we wrote about in the previous update. The proposed agreements were voted on at the meeting. 98% of the creditors, including iuvo, supported them with their votes. The proposals were adopted due to the significant majority.
The administrator of the court proceedings prepared a report and submitted it to the judge-commissioner. The judge-commissioner needs to rule their decision verifying the voting and acceptance of the agreements by the creditors. This was expected to happen by the end of last month, but it has not happened yet.
After the judge-commissioner rules their decision, the court has the final say. After the court’s decision, the agreements can enter into force if there are no objections from the debtor or creditors.
In the absence of objections, the court is expected to finalize its decision by the end of September. Given the history of the current court proceedings, we do not exclude the possibility that it will take longer.
