Access Finance: Audited financial statement for 2025

This analysis is based on the audited individual financial statements of Access Finance AD for 2025. The main highlights are:

  • In 2025, Access Finance continues to expand its core business, increasing both its loan portfolio and the volume of new loans. The gross loan portfolio reached EUR 48.5 million, compared to EUR 42.8 million at the end of 2024 (+13.2%), and loans granted amounted to EUR 220.7 million, which represents an increase of 14.4% on an annual basis. The growth was achieved with a practically unchanged number of active loans, as the company reported an increase in the average amount of disbursed amounts, which contributed to the expansion of the loan portfolio during the year.
  • The expansion of lending activity is also reflected in the revenues from the main activity. Income from interest, fees and penalties reaches EUR 41.7 million, compared to EUR 33.8 million in 2024 (+23.6%). The rate of growth of income outpaces that of the loan portfolio, with the company also reporting an increase in the average income per active card or loan to EUR 238, compared to EUR 204 a year earlier. The data is in line with the higher utilization of credit limits and the development of lending activity during the reporting period.
  • The improvement in revenue is also reflected in the company’s financial result. Pre-tax profit reached EUR 18.5 million, compared to EUR 9.0 million in 2024 (+106%), and net profit amounted to EUR 17.1 million, compared to EUR 8.1 million a year earlier (+111%). The financial result was influenced by both the strong performance of the core business and the dividend income reported during the year by the subsidiary Axi Finance IFN S.A. At the same time, the company reported an increase in impairment charges, accompanying the expansion of lending activities, with the ratio between operating expenses and income improving compared to the previous year.
  • In parallel with the improvement of the financial result, the company also increased its operational efficiency. The ratio between operating expenses and revenues decreased to 26%, compared to 34% in the previous year, which shows that revenues continue to grow at a higher rate than administrative expenses.
  • The expansion of the activity is accompanied by the maintenance of a stable capital position. Total assets reach 56.7 million euros, compared to 49.9 million euros at the end of 2024 (+13.7%), the increase being mainly due to the development of the loan portfolio. Equity capital increases to 43.5 million euros and continues to finance the majority of the company’s assets, ensuring a stable capital base for the future development of the business.
  • Overall, the 2025 results reflect the consistent development of Access Finance. The company reports growth in the loan portfolio, assets and core income, combined with a significant improvement in financial performance and operational efficiency. In addition, the company maintains a stable capital position and continues to implement a consistent credit risk management policy.
