In the beginning of the year, iuvo became Company of the year in “Finance” category according to Forbes. We were nominated by international media – CESA Awards, AltFi. We were also recognized as one of the best employers in Bulgaria.
Kviku, NordCard, Monify, iCredit Poland became part of our growing family of originators.
We created and implemented improvements in iuvo, which make your user experience even better. Real-time currency exchange was one of them. Many bonuses and more attractive terms for the investors were only a small part of what we offered you.
The feedback from our investors helped us understand your needs better and we worked on creating useful content in order for you to make the best out of the platform. The wish for more up-to-date, exact, and detailed information led to the following improvements:
– we created a series of materials in the “Monthly portfolio” section, where you can follow what is happening on the platform and the changes, which occur every month
– we regularly share news about the performance of our originators and valuable data, which come directly from our communication with them
– we answered your questions in detail by creating videos with our colleagues and series of interviews with Bulgarian and International bloggers and specialists in the field of P2P lending.
We were able to learn important lessons due to the challenges that 2020 presented us with. The consequences of the global pandemic and regulations in some countries affected the work of many companies worldwide, as well as some of the originators on iuvo. We faced the challenges and we are fighting for their resolution.
