The judge commissioner would like to convene creditors meeting in April to vote on the updated version of the arrangement proposals. This will take us a step closer to the end of the lawsuit against CBC.
If the meeting convenes and the creditors do vote on the arrangements, the administrator will afterwards file with the court a report providing the outcome of the voting, which can take a couple of months.
It is not certain yet but the Polish law firm hired by iuvo believes that this is an indicator that the proceedings against CBC may be finished by the end of this year.
