What to do if you have a currency different than EUR?

If you have an available amount in Polish zloty (PLN), Romanian lei (RON) and/or Russian rubles (RUB) in your iuvo profile, this blog post is for you.

At the moment, it is possible to purchase claims only in EUR, as loans in PLN, RON and RUB have not been offered on iuvo’s market for a couple of years. Therefore, the “Currency exchange” functionality no longer has any practical application and it is about to be removed.

We inform you in advance, so you can choose how to process your available funds:

• you can convert PLN and RON to EUR yourself by using the “Currency exchange” tool until 04.03.2026;
• if you do not take action until the aforementioned date, iuvo will do the conversion of these funds to EUR instead of you.

The currency conversion will be carried out at the official exchange rate for the given currency, announced by the National Bank of the respective country on the date of the currency conversion. Your funds remain entirely at your disposal and are not limited in any way.

If you have RUB in your profile, when the sanctions are lifted, we will further inform you about the procedure for converting to EUR.
