We share a short update as a continuation to the published information regarding the insolvency proceedings to collect CBC’s debt earlier this year.
The judge-commissioner issued a ruling requiring the repayment of part of the ineffectively used assets of CBC. Once it becomes final, the administrator will have to enforce this amount against the obliged person.
An update to the proposal arrangements for payment between creditors is to be discussed. A vote on the approval of the proposed procedure is expected to take place by the end of 2025. It will be needed after the debt collection proceedings are concluded.
